You must be the person who have taken the photo you are uploading!
Only upload the photos that you have taken personally or own the rights to display!
If you were not the original photographer of a photo, you must mention it in remarks to the photo.
Photos that violate these rules will be deleted and on repeated attempts your account will be blocked.
All photos that are uploaded to the website are going through the screening process before being accepted.
By uploading photo you agree that your photo may be deleted during the screening if the quality level is not acceptable.
You can check your photos in the upload queue using 'My photos in upload queue' item in user menu.
While the administrators of this website will attempt to remove or
to edit objectionable material as fast as possible, it is impossible
to review everything. Therefore you acknowledge that all messages and
photos posted on this website solely express their authors views and
opinions. Therefore, administrators, moderators or webmasters can only
be held liable for their own posts.
You agree that the administrator has the right to remove your account if
it is been more than a year since you last logged in and you don't have any photos or posts.
You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful,
threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate
any applicable laws. You agree that the webmaster and administrator of
this website have the right to remove or edit anything at any time they
see fit.
As user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored
in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third
party without your consent the webmaster and administrator cannot be held
responsible for hacking attempts that may lead to the data being compromised.
